Terms and Conditions Continued.

By using this website intuitivehealingwithkim.com to book services you are agreeing to release Kim, intuitive healing with Kim, and all affiliates of all liability for services performed. If you do not agree, do not use this website, do not request services. Services will only be performed upon agreement with all listed terms and conditions.

You may cancel up to 24 hours proceeding your appointment and receive a full refund. Cancellations will less notice than 24 hours will not be refunded.

Do not book an appointment if you are sick. Keeping myself and my clients safe is my top priority. If I arrive and you are indeed sick, the appointment will be cancelled without refund. If you come down with an illness on the day of your appointment, please contact me asap.

Its your responsibility to ensure you do not have any injuries or conditions that would prevent you from safely receiving massage therapy. By requesting a service you are agreeing that you understand the importance of informing your therapist of all medical conditions and medications that you are taking, and that there may be additional risks based on your physical condition. Speak to your Doctor prior to booking to ensure you may safely receive massage. By moving forward with booking you are agreeing that you have taken necessary actions to ensure you can safely receive massage.  

 

Massage therapy is not a substitute  for a medical examination or treatment, and that you should see a physician or other qualified health specialist for any mental or physical ailment of which you are aware. You understand that massage therapist do not diagnose illness or disease, and nothing said during treatment should be construed as such. By requesting any services you indicating your consent is informed and voluntary and that you understand that you may withdraw your consent at any time except for actions already taken.

 

 You understand that the therapist has the right to terminate the session at any time.  All bodywork is received and given for the purpose of relaxation and relief of muscular tension. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances will result in the immediate termination of the session and forfeit of any monies paid. This will also result in the exclusion from any future appointments.

 

If you are late to an appointment, the appointment will not be extended due to tardiness.  The therapist will wait 15 minutes past the appointment start time. If you have not arrived within that window, the appointment will be cancelled. No refund will be given.

 

It is your responsibility to provide or pay for parking for the therapist. Please ensure parking will be available prior to booking.  The therapist will try to find free parking within reasonable walking distance to the appointment. If no free parking within reasonable walking distance is available, the therapist will seek out paid for parking options. If the appointment is delayed due to lack or parking availability, the appointment will not be extended. If the therapist is unable to locate parking with in 15 minutes after the appointment start time, the appointment will be cancelled and you forfeit of any monies paid. Please have your phone available approaching your appointment time. The therapist attempts to park 15 minutes prior to appointment start time so the appointment can begin at the scheduled time. If parking is an issue, the therapist will contact you to discuss possible solutions.

In order for the massage to be completed, you must provide a space of at least 5 ft x 10 ft. I need enough space for both my table and the ability to work around the table. If you choose an outdoor massage, the area must be completely shaded. During high temperatures, outdoor massage will not be accepted. Massages will only be completed on the massage table. If you need any accommodations, please contact me prior to booking to see what accommodations are possible. It is your responsibility to provide the appropriate space. If the appropriate space is not available, the appointment will be cancelled without refund.

You must be 18 years of age or older to book an appointment for yourself or anyone else. If booking an appointment for anyone under the age of 16, a legal guardian will be required to remain present in the room during the entire appointment. 

 

By booking or requesting any services through intuitivehealingwithkim.com, you are accepting and agreeing to all terms and conditions outlined above, and you release the massage therapist and business from all liability  for any harm that may unintentionally result from the service.

If you do not agree with any terms outlined above, do not use this website. Do not request services.
