120 Minute Reiki Session, with Massage

Service Description

Reiki is energy healing technique that guides energy throughout the body to promote the recipients self-healing abilities. Reiki may help reduce stress, reduce anxiety, release negative energy, receive positive healing energy, and release trauma in the body through light or no touch. The 120 minute session will consist of 5 minutes of grounding and preparing myself to be a conduit for energetic healing. 90 mins hands on massage with reiki. 20 mins light to no touch reiki. End with 5 minutes of grounding. This is a no talk session. All discussion and questions should be saved for before and after the session. With exception of checking in for comfort and pressure.
